Key responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow queues for SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problems

• Perform initial evaluation, triage, issue analysis, and root cause investigation for order-to-billing issues.

• Communicate with business users to understand operational impact, clarify scenarios, and validate solutions.

• Perform SAP SD configuration changes for approved break/fix items and minor enhancements.

• Coordinate with FI, logistics execution, integration, ABAP, and other technical teams when required.

• Document analysis, actions taken, test evidence, and resolution details according to support standards.

Requisitos

Required experience

• 5-8 years of SAP SD experience in an IT support, AMS, or production support environment.

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Sales and Distribution / Order-to-Cash processes.

• Strong SD knowledge: sales orders, credit/debit memos, plant/route/shipping point determination, pricing, ATP, rebates, condition contracts, returns processing, and billing.

• Experience with NACE output determination, BRF+, ALE/IDOC inbound and outbound integration.

• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITIL-based service management tool.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Modern event-based SAP API integration.

• Rev-Trac, Cloud ALM, or similar transport/change tooling.

• Oil & Gas, Process Industry, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution organisations
